Terms and Conditions

The display of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.

By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Prices include statutory value added tax (VAT).

Shipping costs are shown separately and displayed before completing the order.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Purchase on invoice (Swiss addresses only)
• Cash payment on pickup

For purchase on invoice, payment is due within 20 days of the invoice date.

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days for standard products and 3-5 business days for personalized products.

The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, took possession of the goods.

The goods must be in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.

Personalized products (with individual engraving) are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are specially made according to your wishes.

In case of timely withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You bear the costs of the return shipment.

The statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).

The warranty period is 2 years from delivery.

Defects caused by improper handling, normal wear and tear, or external influences are excluded from the warranty.

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded, to the extent permitted by law.

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction is Wil (ZH), Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
